Mattijs is gespecialiseerd in commerciële vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling en gebiedsontwikkelingen. Hij adviseert nationale en internationale cliënten bij de contractvorming in alle fases van een vastgoedtransactie. Daarnaast adviseert hij veelvuldig over goederenrechtelijke structuren bij complex meervoudig grondgebruik, zoals in stationsomgevingen en bij grootschalige infra-projecten.

Advised Kroonenberg Groep B.V., jointly with Lexence, on the acquisition of a shopping centre in Almere valued at EUR 82 million. The property comprises 65 shops and office spaces near the railway station. Our lawyers focused on the legal due diligence, negations on the SPA and the transfer of the portfolio.
