Daniël is gespecialiseerd in grensoverschrijdende fusies en overnames, waaronder bedrijfsovernames, joint ventures en overige samenwerkingsverbanden. Hij treedt op voor zowel private equity als strategische partijen. Daniël heeft ook ruime ervaring met zaken op het gebied van corporate governance en heeft hierover diverse artikelen gepubliceerd.
Daniël was van 2022 tot 2024 gedetacheerd bij ons kantoor in New York.
