Quadrum Capital acquires a majority stake in KMWE Group

Quadrum Capital has acquired a majority stake in KMWE Group, an international supplier and partner for the high-tech equipment and aerospace industry. 

With the new strategic partner, the family-owned company, founded in 1955, sets up for further growth and strengthens its position as supplier for the engineering, production and assembly of complex, high-grade components and systems, in both Europe and Asia. KMWE Group has already made significant investments in strengthening its position, including developments in the expansion of the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven.

Houthoff advised Quadrum Capital on the acquisition. The team included Michiel Pannekoek, Erik Teijgeler, Lisa Stefels, Aniek van de Graaf, Yentl Coenradie, Jasmijn Harms, Zinke Lansink and Romy Groot Baltink.
