Zinke is a candidate civil-law notary in the Corporate M&A practice group and specialises in all aspects of corporate law. She advises national and international listed and non-listed companies on matters including mergers and acquisitions, complex restructurings, transactions and corporate governance.

  • Advised Quadrum Capital in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in KMWE Group, an international supplier and partner for the high-tech equipment and aerospace industry, welcomes Quadrum Capital as strategic partner. Herewith the family-owned business, founded in 1955, sets up for further growth and strengthens its position as supplier for the engineering, production and assembly of complex, high-grade components and systems, in both Europe and Asia.
  • Advised 3i on the sale of the Weener Plastics group, producer of high-quality plastic packaging products, to US manufacturing company Silgan Holdings.
  • Advised IK Partners on the sale of its portfolio company Yellow Hive to IK Partners' first continuation fund, IK Strategic Opportunities I.
  • Advised the (future) 50/50 joint venture between Sasol and Topsoe on the establishment and signing of a joint venture agreement solidifying both parties' commitment to produce sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and contribute to global efforts in combating climate change. 

  • Assisted global semiconductor player Nexperia with its acquisition of Netherlands-based Nowi Energy
  • Houthoff and Goodwin Protector advised Cennox, a portfolio company of York Capital Management's private equity group, on its acquisition of Lincsafe, Merlin, Cashtester and Secusystems.
  • Advised Odin Groep and its shareholders on the sale of Odin Groep to private equity firm Apax Partners.
