Yentl is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice group. She specialises in corporate law and civil law and is involved in both national and international mergers and acquisitions.
Yentl is also involved in advising on Dutch corporate law, corporate governance and ESG issues. She is also a member of Houthoff’s Sustainability Team.
