Yentl is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice group, focusing on ESG and energy law. She specialises in corporate law and civil law and is involved in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and other partnerships. Yentl works for national and international clients, including private equity funds and strategic parties.

Furthermore, Yentl is involved in advising on Dutch corporate law, corporate governance, commercial contracting and regulatory matters. She has written various articles on corporate sustainability for national and international legal journals. Yentl is also a member of Houthoff’s Sustainability Team.

  • Advised Renewi Overheidsdiensten on the termination of their cooperation with the municipality of The Hague in N.V. Haagse Milieu Services (HMS).
  • Advised and represented the shareholders of Fe Corporation B.V. on the sale of the IKEA retail operations in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to Inter IKEA.
  • Advised 3i on the sale of the Weener Plastics group, producer of high-quality plastic packaging products, to US manufacturing company Silgan Holdings.
  • Advised Castik Capital on its acquisition of the Andra Tech Group, a leading group of companies specialising in the manufacturing of high-precision, complex components for €500-1000 million.
