Yentl Coenradie nominated for Gouden Zandlopers Young Talent Award
1 July 2024

An expert panel has nominated Yentl for the Gouden Zandlopers Young Talent Award. With her special knowledge of ESG regulations and commitment to sustainability, she is among the Netherlands’ promising legal talents.

Yentl has been closely involved in addressing our clients' inquiries about applying the CSRD and the CSDDD. Furthermore, she significantly contributed to Houthoff's consultation response to the implementing legislation for the CSRD and the Houthoff ESG Compass. Yentl also writes articles on ESG for national and international trade journals

Her talent was recognised early on during her university days. The three theses she wrote during her studies (Bachelor of Tax Law, Bachelor of Dutch Law and Master of Business Law) each received a grade of 9. Yentl won the Hermes Kring Londen Thesis Award for her master's thesis in business law.

In addition, she participates in Houthoff's Sustainability Team to make the firm's operations more sustainable and is currently establishing the Young Green Business Club in Rotterdam. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Yentl is also a delightful colleague to work with. The whole office is proud of Yentl, and we are all rooting for her victory on 12 September! Congratulations to all the other nominees!
