Rick van der Hulle

Rick focuses on public law, advising and litigating chiefly across the full breadth of administrative law and spatial planning law. He also advises and litigates in civil cases and matters related to or ensuing from administrative law cases or issues, for example government liability and land transactions. His work involves advising on and drafting contracts, including anterior agreements and other types of contracts with public authorities. Rick mainly advises and represents municipalities and other public authorities. Before joining Houthoff, he gained extensive experience as a lawyer at two other law firms.

Rick is a member of the VAR Administrative Law Association (VAR Vereniging voor bestuursrecht) and regularly publishes articles in journals.
