Houthoff appoints two counsel

Houthoff appoints Jessica den Dekker and Rick van der Hulle as counsel from 1 January 2023.
Jessica den Dekker
Jessica specialises in Dutch corporate law and mergers and acquisitions with an international angle. Her work focuses on private equity, venture capital and joint ventures across various sectors. Jessica worked for Houthoff at its London and New York offices.
Rick van der Hulle
Rick mainly advises and litigates in the field of environmental law and general administrative law, and mostly acts for companies, investors and governments. In addition, Rick has experience in civil and tax proceedings.
