Ralph is gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrechtelijke en commerciële procesvoering. Hij adviseert en begeleidt nationale en internationale cliënten en staat hen bij in complexe aandeelhoudersgeschillen, enquêteprocedures, geschillen tijdens en na een overname en aansprakelijkheidsprocedures. Voorheen was Ralph werkzaam in de praktijkgroep Corporate/M&A van Houthoff.
