Lucas is gespecialiseerd in (notarieel) vastgoedrecht. Hij staat onder meer institutionele beleggers, private equity investeerders, pensioenfondsen en projectontwikkelaars bij op het gebied van commerciële vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling, vastgoedfinanciering en vastgoedgerelateerde contracten. Lucas is lid van de Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie (KNB), de Master of Real Estate (MRE) Alumnivereniging en van de Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), het internationale netwerk voor vastgoedprofessionals.

Advised Leidsche Rijn Centrumplan B.V., a cooperation between ASR Vastgoed Ontwikkeling and Vesteda, on the development of a new city centre in Leidsche Rijn. The new area will consist of 32.000 m² of retail space, 8.000 m² of commercial facilities, 10.000 m² of office space, 734 apartments and an underground car park. The Leidsche Rijn Centrum project is one of the largest currently ongoing real estate development projects in the Netherlands.
