Luurt Wildeboer specialises in general administrative law, spatial planning and zoning law, and economic public law. He focuses on complex environmental matters with an emphasis on odour and noise nuisance. Luurt advises companies in permit procedures and has extensive litigation experience (both in spatial planning and zoning law and in regulated markets, such as post, telecom and aviation) in proceedings against various supervisory authorities. He works in the Public Law, Environment & Planning, and Investigations & Public Enforcement practice groups.

Luurt is an editor of the Kluwer journal Geluid (Noise) and regularly publishes in various journals. He is a member of the examining board of the Professional Training for Lawyers. Luurt worked for CMS and Allen & Overy before joining Houthoff. Prior to becoming a lawyer in 2000, he worked as a registrar for the Dutch Council of State and as a legal expert at the Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment. Luurt is a member of the Dutch Association of Environmental Law Lawyers, the Dutch Association of Administrative Law and the Construction Law Association.
