Stichting Vestia sells Noorderlicht Portfolio to Estea

Houthoff has assisted housing association Stichting Vestia during the sale and transfer of the Noorderlicht Portfolio to healthcare-related property investor Estea.

The portfolio comprises care and nursing homes and self-contained housing in eight different municipalities in the province of Groningen. In total, it concerns 1,061 houses (including sheltered housing). The sale aligns with Vestia's objective to focus on the public housing task in its core municipalities in the Rijnmond/Haaglanden region.

The Houthoff team was led by Dolf de Jong and included Josephine Peerbolte, Cato van Pelt, Jakelijn Nelen and Leonoor Brus.
