Crestview sells TenCate Grass to Leonard Green & Partners

Crestview, a private equity fund that has been investing in TenCate Grass for the last two years, will be selling this leading manufacturer of synthetic turf surfaces to the private equity fund Leonard Green & Partners (LGP). TenCate's current management team will continue to manage the company.
Operating around the globe, TenCate Grass has production and distribution facilities in the Netherlands, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. The company also conducts its business in over 40 countries in North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and Africa. It serves a diverse range of customers worldwide, including The Home Depot, the University of San Francisco, Harvard University and various professional sports teams such as the New England Patriots and PSV Eindhoven.
The Houthoff team was headed by Philip van der Eijk and included Jeroen van Mourik, Jessica den Dekker, Esmee de Bos, Diede van der Voort, Wynand van Seters, Jasmijn Harms, Gabriel Acciarito Ferreira and Dyoerdt Alkema.
