Boasso Global and Quala will acquire all shares in Mainport Tankcontainer Services Moerdijk BV, Mainport Tankcontainer Services Botlek BV, Mainport Tankcleaning BV and Westgeulstraat Vastgoed BV, based in Rotterdam and Moerdijk.

Experts in the tank container services industry, these companies offer a one-stop solution for tank container services such as repairs,  cleaning, storage and heating. Boasso Global and Quala are leading providers of ISO tank container depots, tank container maintenance and cleaning services. Boasso Global is a portfolio company of the globally active private equity fund KKR. This acquisition will further expand Quala's and Boasso Global's reach in Europe.
