Glaspoort agrees to acquire 200,000 fibre optic connections from competitor DELTA Fiber

Glaspoort, a joint venture of KPN and APG Asset Management, wants to acquire a part of the fibre network of DELTA Fiber (a joint venture between investment companies EQT Infrastructure and Stonepeak). The transaction involves around 200,000 consumer connections in sparsely populated areas spread over several regions in the Netherlands. The proposed acquisition is still subject to approval by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt).

Houthoff is representing Glaspoort in this acquisition. The team, led by Michiel Pannekoek, includes Vivian van de Haterd, Tessa Ebbing, Lisa Stefels, Esmee de Bos, Sam Vermeeren, Michelle Steinebach, Jeroen van Mourik, Diede van der Voort, Thomas de Weerd, Nicole Bilderbeek, Marco Moeskops, Michel Klijn, Daan van Broeckhuijsen, Philippe König and Ageeth Panman.
