At this event, we will bring together today's leading women and tomorrow's female decision-makers. Jitske Kramer, anthropologist and bestselling author, will kick off the event with an inspiring keynote speech on her latest book Tricky Tijden (Tricky Times). We are in a transitional phase in numerous areas – that much is clear from what is happening in the energy transition, climate action and the necessary reforms in healthcare and education.
Anthropologists refer to this middle stage as liminality: a crucial stage to achieve transformation. Transformation calls for brave leaders who dare to act from a new narrative. After Jitske's speech, an expert panel headed by Marry de Gaay Fortman and consisting of Artie Debidien, Nienke Homan, Fransje van der Marel, Serpil Tascioglu and Marije Verweij will discuss the increasingly complex international context.
