Mattijs specialises in commercial real estate transactions, property development and area development projects. He advises national and international clients on how to draft their real estate contracts at all stages of the transaction. He also frequently advises on property law structures for complex multiple land use, such as in the vicinity of railway stations and in connection with major infrastructure projects.

Advised Kroonenberg Groep B.V., jointly with Lexence, on the acquisition of a shopping centre in Almere valued at EUR 82 million. The property comprises 65 shops and office spaces near the railway station. Our lawyers focused on the legal due diligence, negations on the SPA and the transfer of the portfolio.
