Houthoff appoints four counsel

Houthoff appointed Laura van Gardingen, Jasmijn Harms, Mattijs Heijerman and Ageeth Panman as counsel on 1 January 2022.

Laura van Gardingen

Laura specialises in corporate, commercial and finance litigation before the appellate courts. She has been admitted to the Supreme Court Bar and also litigates before the Dutch Supreme Court. Laura frequently publishes on matters of civil litigation. Read on.

As an M&A specialist, Jasmijn advises Dutch companies and multinationals on a wide range of issues, including restructuring, private acquisitions, management buyouts, joint ventures, management and employee ownership and corporate governance. Mattijs Heijerman

Mattijs specialises in commercial real estate transactions, property development and area development projects. He advises national and international clients on how to draft their real estate contracts at all stages of the transaction.
