Yillis Smit

Yillis specialises in employment law and advises, negotiates and litigates for a diverse group of national and multinational companies on various employment law matters. She mainly focuses on employment dispute resolution and complex employment law issues, including employee participation procedures, individual dismissals, collective redundancies, dismissals of directors, restrictive covenants, terms of employment and summary dismissals.

Yillis regularly publishes in professional journals and is also a senior editor and editorial secretary at ArbeidsRecht, an employment law journal. Furthermore, she is a member of the Employment Law Association (VvA) and the Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA).
