Sarah is a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups. She handles and advises on complex national and international proceedings, including commercial, financial and insolvency disputes.
In addition, Sarah is regularly appointed as a bankruptcy trustee by the Amsterdam District Court.
Sarah previously worked in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group, where she mainly focused on advising on restructurings and advising directors, companies and creditors in various insolvency situations. She was also involved in the winding-up of companies.

Advised an ad hoc group of secured lenders to Tupperware Brands Corporation who successfully completed the acquisition of certain key assets of the Tupperware Group, including global rights to the Tupperware brand name and related intellectual property as well as operations in core geographic markets. Operations in these global core markets will continue uninterrupted and customers will be able to purchase products from independent Tupperware sales consultants, Tupperware ecommerce sites and retail partners.
