Sam specialises in company law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He advises clients on domestic and international transactions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships, as well as corporate governance matters. He represents both private equity and strategic parties.

In addition to his Corporate / M&A work, Sam has experience in corporate and commercial litigation.

  • Advised Provincie Zeeland on the carve-out out of PZEM of 50% of Evides.
  • Advised Provincie Zeeland on the unbundling of Evides B.V. from PZEM N.V. and the related sale of the shares held by PZEM N.V. in Evides N.V. to GBE Aqua B.V. and the financing thereof by BNG.
  • Advised ZWIN B.V., Aletschwald B.V., Michel Kerres Management B.V. and KERAM OG B.V. on the sale of the Limburg BMW dealer group Keram (K2M Holding B.V. and its affiliates) and the real estate property owned by the group to Emil Frey (Ekris).
  • Advised Powersports Distribution Group B.V. on the acquisition of the shares in Motovest Beheer B.V., a leading European player with the largest selection of leading brands in niche aftermarket motorcycle parts.
