Olav de Wit

Olav specialises in construction and procurement law and works as a lawyer in the Real Estate practice group. In his daily practice, he advises major private and public players in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. Olav also often represents his clients in court and in national and international arbitration proceedings. His clients benefit from the broad litigation experience he has gained in recent years and from his knowledge of major projects, including the related procurement procedures. He also drafts and assesses various forms of complex contract documents.

Olav is a member of the Young Litigators Association (Vereniging Jonge Procesadvocaten) and the Construction Law Association (Vereniging voor Bouwrecht).
