Michiel specialises in project management and change management. As an internal business consultant, he has a key role in the development, improvement and implementation of a wide range of innovative legal project management tools, legal operations and legal tech solutions (i.e. AI contract analysis tools, E-discovery, transaction management tools, proofreading, knowhow libraries, and other legal tech point solutions and suites). Michiel translates trends and developments into opportunities and services for both the legal and notarial practice. He has a legal background in corporate M&A and previously worked at a boutique M&A law firm.
