Marvin is a lawyer in the Employment & Pensions practice group. He focuses on employment law proceedings, including proceedings on individual or collective dismissal, directors' and officers' liability, employee representation and incentives. Marvin also assists clients in complex employment law negotiations and mediation procedures. In addition, he advises national and international companies on aspects of company law, for example in mergers, acquisitions, financing and reorganisations. Marvin formerly worked in the Real Estate practice group.
