Lumine specialises in competition and commercial litigation, with a focus on cartel damages claims, claims for abuse of dominance and the Digital Markets Act (DMA). She also has broad experience in EU and Dutch competition law, handling cases relating to the cartel prohibition and abuse of dominance.
Lumine is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Dutch Competition Law Association.
Lumine was seconded to Ashurst LLP in London for nine months in 2018-2019.

Represented one of the major airlines involved in the air cargo cartel Dutch civil damage proceedings.

Assisted the AMC and VUmc hospitals in obtaining the required approval from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) for an administrative merger. The approval enables the two Amsterdam-based university medical centres to cooperate on patient care, research, education and training without limitation. This will create the biggest university medical centre in the Netherlands.
