Jeroen advises project developers in the Dutch market on complex project developments and urban renewal plans. He assists clients, project developers and institutional investors, on real estate transactions, including real estate M&A deals, and the real estate aspects of broader M&A transactions. He is also involved in restructuring, financing and redevelopments.
