Jasper is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice group. He specialises in corporate law and deals with national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Jasper previously worked in the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups, where he mainly focused on commercial, financial and insolvency disputes, including directors' liability proceedings.
