Hugo Kivits

Hugo works in the Corporate/M&A practice group. He specialises in corporate law and deals with national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He represents both private equity and strategic parties (listed and non-listed). Hugo previously worked in the Real Estate practice group, where he primarily focused on tenancy law. He also advised and litigated on issues of governance and regulation.
