Gloria Huang specialises in cross-border investments. She has ample experience in assisting Chinese clients doing business in Europe and European clients doing business in China. She has assisted clients in a broad variety of corporate and commercial matters, such as company formation, M&A, intellectual property issues, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
Gloria worked in the China office of a top UK law firm, as well as several Chinese law firms and Dutch law firms before she joined Houthoff in 2018.
Gloria holds the Chinese legal professional qualification and was admitted to the Chinese Bar Association in 2008.

Assisted Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co. with its agreement with NXP Semiconductors under which it will acquire all assets of NXP Semiconductors' Voice and Audio Solutions (VAS) for USD 165 million.

Represented Active Capital Company in the sale of FTNON, a Netherlands-based manufacturer of food processing equipment specialized for the fresh cut and thermal treatment of fruit and vegetables, to JBT Corporation, a US-based leading global technology solutions provider to high-value segments of the food processing and air transportation industries. FTNON's USA and China based subsidiaries were, as part of this transaction, sold directly to JBT.
