Denise Walta-Jansen

Denise is a member of Houthoff's Litigation and Arbitration practice groups and of the Supreme Court Team. She specialises in international commercial arbitration and arbitration on investment treaties, advising and acting for clients in complex international disputes in different places of arbitration under the auspices of and according to the rules of the major arbitration institutes such as ICC, LCIA, NAI and UNCITRAL. She is also involved in Supreme Court proceedings, specialising in arbitration law.

Denise is a member of Young ICCA, ICC YAF and the association NAI Young Arbitration Practitioners (NAI Jong Oranje). She is participating in the 2022-2023 cycle of the Young ICCA Mentoring Programme with Shaheda Peeroo as her mentor, and Svenja Wachtel as her group adviser.
