Christine is a candidate civil-law notary in the Real Estate practice group. She is mainly involved in commercial real estate transactions, share deals and divisions into apartment rights. Her work includes conducting due diligence investigations and drafting the required sales agreements and deeds. She also does other notarial work, such as advising clients on the sale and purchase of real estate and shares, and the creation of limited real rights.
Christine is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-law Notaries (KNB) and the Dutch Young Property Lawyers Association (VJOJ).
