Wallbox listed on the NYSE through merger with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. II

As of today, the combined company is listed as a Dutch N.V. on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Wallbox, the provider of electric vehicle charging solutions went public via the merger with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp II.

Wallbox has entered into a merger agreement with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp II. At the agreement's completion, the combined company will list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp II (NYSE: KCAC) is a NYSE-listed special purpose acquisition company. Wallbox is a market leader in providing electric vehicle charging solutions, with nine offices across three continents and a sales market in more than 80 countries. The combined company is valued at USD 1.5 billion.
