Society and businesses around the world are hit by preventative measures to combat the further spreading of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The outbreak requires a swift and necessary response to limit its impact and risks as much as possible.

Earlier this year, we issued the Q&A: Public Law & Corona. As the Dutch government has now reintroduced strict coronavirus measures, we are publishing an updated Q&A: Public Law & Corona with an overview of several administrative law judgments on this subject. In this Q&A, we also discuss the COVID-19 Act, which will replace the emergency decrees of the 25 security regions. This publication is only available in Dutch.
