Onderlinge ‘s-Gravenhage has reached agreement with Athora Netherlands regarding the transfer of its second-pillar pension portfolio to Zwitserleven.

This step is consistent with Onderlinge ‘s-Gravenhage’s strategy to focus on continuing to build its third-pillar pension portfolio. The transfer will involve a total of 11,300 policies and invested pension capital of approximately EUR 307 million.

The transfer will be made subject to the assent of De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB).

Houthoff advised Onderlinge ‘s-Gravenhage, with the team consisting of Berry van Wijk, Guillette van Grinsven, Margriet Kros, Juan Vervoort, Gijs Hamelijnck, Anouk Boutens and Roland de Greef.
