Leadership Masterclass | Leadership
26 February 2021
At Houthoff, we like to see the silver lining in every precarious situation. During the corona pandemic, we created the Leadership Masterclasses in collaboration with National Opera and Ballet.
Nationale Opera en Ballet (NO&B) and Houthoff have a lot in common. In our opinion, the knowledge and expertise used by NO&B's leadership to inspire, motivate and stimulate others can also be applied to corporate leadership. Together with NO&B, we have therefore put together a series of master classes in which leadership techniques and experiences are shared.LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASS | Leadership
Good leadership requires adaptability; every situation asks for a different approach. Yet one essential element in leadership is always important: focus. Matthew Rowe, music director of Dutch National Ballet and principal conductor of Dutch Ballet Orchestra, shares his leadership technique and experience to successfully lead his team through the crisis.Leadership Masterclass | Collaboration
If the corona crisis has taught us anything, it is the value of working together. By talking and exchanging ideas with others, we can support and learn from one another. Ted Brandsen, director of Dutch National Ballet, and Lisette Heemskerk, former commercial director of Dutch National Opera & Ballet, share their most important lessons on successful collaboration.LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASS | THE VOICE
