Houthoff appoints two home-grown partners: Laura van Gardingen and Jasmijn Harms

Laura van Gardingen and Jasmijn Harms have been appointed partners at our firm. Their appointment will take effect on 1 January 2025. Both have spent their entire careers at Houthoff. We are proud of that! Congratulations to the both of them on this bright prospect.
Laura van Gardingen
Laura is a Supreme Court lawyer focusing on corporate, commercial and finance litigation. She has been a key member of Houthoff's Supreme Court Team for years and is one of the most visible and experienced cassation lawyers of her generation. She regularly publishes and lectures on civil procedural law and co-authored the second edition of the cassation handbook Cassatie.
Jasmijn Harms
Jasmijn has extensive experience handling complex cross-border transactions and is an expert on corporate governance. She assists both national and international listed and unlisted companies in finding innovative and pragmatic legal solutions. Jasmijn previously worked in Houthoff's New York and London offices.
