Houthoff appoints two counsel: Josephine de Bok and Wieger Kop

Houthoff appoints two counsel as of 1 January 2025: Josephine de Bok in the Corporate/M&A practice and Wieger Kop in the Tax practice. 

About Josephine de Bok

Josephine specialises in private M&A transactions. She advises private equity funds, listed and non-listed corporates on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, restructurings (carve-outs) and joint ventures in various industries. From September 2021 to February 2023, Josephine worked from Houthoff's London office.

About Wieger Kop

Wieger specialises in tax law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, structuring and tax proceedings including Supreme Court litigation. He advises clients on Dutch and international tax matters regarding transactions, compliance, civil liabilities for tax and criminal tax law.
