The Amsterdam-based shared electric scooters service felyx raised a EUR 24 million investment. With this investment, the innovative scale-up can continue to grow in the Benelux and launch its activities in Germany and France.

felyx raised new capital from De Hoge Dennen Capital and Anne-Marie Rakhorst, a current major shareholder and entrepreneur, to grow the organisation and further expand its provision of green and flexible shared transport all over Europe. felyx is the market leader of shared electric scooters in the Benelux.

Houthoff congratulates felyx on this great achievement. In 2017, the then newly incorporated felyx participated as a promising start-up in Houthoff's Incubator Programme. After the programme, Houthoff closely followed the company and was also involved in this transaction.

The Houthoff team for this transaction included Angenita Pex, Paul de Vries, Noah Graves and Joris Verboon.
