Nicole specialises in privacy law, IT law and intellectual property law. She is focused on legislation in the digital spectrum and regularly advises on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), IT, e-commerce and data related matters. Nicole litigates on issues related to intellectual property and IT disputes, including Supreme Court litigation. Her practice also includes advising on IP, IT and data protection related aspects of M&A deals.

Nicole is a member of the Dutch Privacy Law Association (VPR) and the Dutch Association for Young Privacy Lawyers (JPAN).
