Wijnand is werkzaam als advocaat in de praktijkgroep Corporate/M&A. Hij houdt zich bezig met nationale en internationale fusies en overnames, waaronder bedrijfsovernames, joint ventures en overige samenwerkingsverbanden en treedt op voor zowel private equity als strategische partijen. Voorheen was Wijnand werkzaam op de sectie Finance & Investment Management.
