Sebastian de Bruijn

Sebastian specialises in litigation, governance and administrative law issues, and acts in civil and administrative law proceedings. He is part of a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of corporate governance, regulatory and corporate litigation that conducts governance stress tests leading to recommendations for improving and strengthening governance. Sebastian co-authored a chapter on the Dutch manual Handboek on Corporate Governance on boardroom dynamics. In addition to his work at Houthoff, he is chairman of the Amsterdam Young Bar Association and is part of the Steering Committee of the Young Patrons Circle of Dutch National Opera & Ballet and the Young Circle of Holland Festival.
