Karima Bol

Karima specialises in tenancy law, with a focus on commercial tenancy law and other areas of law relevant to the real estate practice. Her work mainly involves drafting contracts, giving advice, negotiating, and litigating in tenancy law issues and other civil real estate matters.

She is a member of the editorial team of the Sdu journal Huurrecht in Praktijk (HIP) and publishes regularly in HIP and the Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte journal (TvHB). Karima also teaches tenancy law at Segment Opleidingen training institute.
